THE PAST PERFECT

conversation:

 Luis: Hello Andrés, why are you discouraged?

Andrés: imagine that I had to present a project in class today, the traffic was very heavy, and when I got to the classroom, the class had already finished.

Luis: Something similar happened to me, but the other way around, I had to take notes of a presentation that my classmates would make and when I got to the classroom, they had already started.

ROUTINE

At 7:30 Juliana has already dropped her son off at school, but she hadn't taken the keys to Grandma's house.

At about 9:00 she had arrived at the University, but she had not done her homework.

at 1:00 she was already at home, but her son  hadn't for lunch.

at 4:00 she had dropped her son off at soccer class, but she hadn't done any shopping.

At about 7:45 at night she was returning home, but she  hadn't what for the next day.
